Itinerary
Our guide/driver will receive you upon your arrival at Entebbe international airport. After a briefing about your safari, you will be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala.
After breakfast we shall drive to Mabamba Swamp, a marshland of Lake Victoria, for birding. This is home of the shoebill stork and papyrus gonoleg birds. Then we will pass across the Equator heading to Lake Mburo National Park where we shall do a game drive, nature walk and birding. Here you will have a chance to see impalas, zebras, topis, elands, hyenas, warthogs, buffalos, hippos, leopards as well as the grey crowned crane, the national bird of Uganda.
After breakfast, you are taken for a morning game drive where different wildlife mammals can be seen like zebra, eland, buffalo, waterbuck, bush buck, giraffe, hyena, leopard and pangolin.

After an early breakfast, we shall then embark on a transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, the home of legendary tree climbing lions. Check in to your lodge and rest to prepare for next day’s wildlife and bird viewing.
After an early breakfast, we set out for game a game drive. This is the perfect time to see wild life such as lions, leopards, buffalos, elephants, waterbuck and Uganda kobs.

After our drive, we’ll come back to the lodge for lunch followed by an afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga channel.
After breakfast, we go for a game drive and then transfer to Semliki National Park passing via Fort Portal. Here we shall drive along Rwenzori Mountains on our way to Semliki National Park, which is home to East Africa’s hottest hot springs. Check in to your lodge on arrival.
After breakfast we head out on morning game drive and visit Semliki hot springs.
We continue on your adventure of seeing birds such as:

That evening we’ll return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Today we drive to Kibale National Park, internationally recognized as a chimpanzee hotspot as well as other primates which live here.

After breakfast, we set out for a morning chimpanzee tracking. Later enjoy more bird watching before returning to the lodge for the night.
We start driving northwards through Kagadi with a lunch stop in Hoima, a large town with a nice restaurant for lunch. Continue the journey via Butiaba escarpment, with a view of Lake Albert on a clear day, then enter Murchison Falls National Park in the afternoon.
After an early breakfast, we set out for a game drive at Murchison Falls National Park. We cross the Nile on the ferry for a wildlife experience, birding and mammal packed morning experience. This route will connect us to the Delta where hornbills can be seen. We’ll have lunch and then do an afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison Falls. Here you may do the hike from the bottom to the top of the Falls for amazing views. Return to the lodge for the night.
We’ll drive from Murchison Falls National Park to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a rhino recovery breeding center to bring back species that became extinct in Uganda in the 1970’s during President Amin’s regime. We will do rhino tracking before checking in at our lodge. After lunch, relax as we tick our birding and animal checklist preparing for the flight the following day.
After a late breakfast we’ll then drive to Kampala for shopping (crafts), have lunch and then transfer you to Entebbe airport for your departure flight, if applicable.
